Using intermediate master alloy solution for ratio modulation, the dissolution is more thorough, and the zinc liquid is purer and has fewer particles after use, resulting in less zinc ash and slag;

Stir with gas (nitrogen) online, without segregation, and discharge for sedimentation;

Quality monitoring is guaranteed, and quality testing instruments are advanced and complete. Each furnace is subjected to metallographic analysis, leaving a record for inspection. The annual output reaches 300000 tons.
