Corrosion Resistant Profiled Steel Plate

【Product Introduction】：

There are two processes for corrosion-resistant profiled steel plates, namely steel-aluminum laminated and steel-plastic laminated. It is a building plate made of aluminum-galvanized steel plate, polymer and colored aluminum foil protective layer, which has reliable mechanical properties, stable chemical properties, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, wind resistance, heat insulation, noise reduction and convenient installation. The thickness of the product is 0.7mm~2.4mm, according to the different needs of customers, the company can provide products of different materials, different thicknesses and different plate types for customers to choose from. Our company wholeheartedly provides customers with the most suitable corrosion-resistant products.

1. Double-layer fluorocarbon aluminum: PVDF+AL is used as the surface and bottom material of the product, which has the functions of high corrosion resistance, high weather resistance, ultraviolet isolation, light pollution, and runoff pollution.

2. The double-layer polymer is used as the anti-corrosion layer of the product, which has self-healing performance, can perfectly solve the water leakage problem at the nail hole, and has the functions of sound insulation, heat insulation, air isolation, noise reduction, sealing, etc.

3. The total thickness of the upper and lower layers of fluorocarbon/aluminum plus polymer is (1.6mm).

4. The middle layer is made of special aluminum-galvanized steel plate (0.8mm): its function is to increase strength, wind resistance and load resistance.

5. The design service life is more than 50 years, which is the same as the life of the building.
